Job summary

Sagora Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for Landon Ridge Kingwood in Kingwood, TX. The leader will manage operations across resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance, ensuring a warm, secure community for residents.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff leadership, occupancy goals, and regular communication with residents and families. This role requires after-hours availability and weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in senior housing (AL/MC/LTC).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report creation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community including resident care, business office, sales, culinary, housekeeping, activities, and maintenance.
• Manage recruitment, training, discipline, and coaching of team members.
• Report to the Regional Director/VP with assigned metrics.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to achieve occupancy targets.
• Develop the budget and ensure departments operate within parameters.
• Hold regular meetings with staff, directors, residents, and families.
• Be on-call 24 hours for emergencies and work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
