Scion Staffing, Inc. is conducting a search for an Executive Director for a national healthcare nonprofit, based in the Palm Beach area. The role leads the local chapter, overseeing fundraising, operations, and team performance.

The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven, comfortable with major gifts and corporate sponsorships, and capable of growing revenue while building partnerships with donors and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading fundraising, development, or revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Experience leading and developing teams, setting goals, and accountability.
• Strong relationship-building skills with donors, volunteers and corporate partners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel locally and participate in evening/weekend events, with reliable transportation required.

• Provide strategic leadership for the chapter, guiding fundraising, financial, operational, and community engagement goals.
• Lead revenue generation efforts, including major gifts, individual giving, corporate sponsorships, special events, and other fundraising initiatives.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward relationships with major donors, volunteers, corporate partners, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute short- and long‑term strategies to grow revenue, strengthen community engagement, and expand the chapter’s reach.
• Lead, develop, and empower chapter staff while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and results‑oriented team culture.
• Oversee chapter budgets, forecasting, performance measurement, organizational compliance,and responsible resource management.

This is a full-time, onsite leadership opportunity based in the Palm Beach/West Palm Beach, FL area.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership for the organization’s local chapter, overseeing fundraising, community engagement, operations, and team performance. This highly visible role will build relationships with donors, corporate partners, volunteers, and community stakeholders while driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding the organization’s reach. The ideal candidate is a relationship‑driven leader who enjoys being actively involved in fundraising, team development, and community partnership building.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This full‑time opportunity offers a salary range of $135,000–$155,000, with final compensation based on experience. The organization offers a comprehensive total rewards package that includes benefits, paid time off, incentive opportunities, and professional development resources.
