The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of administrative experience. A hybrid work arrangement is offered, combining remote work and on-site at our Santa Fe facility.

Scott’s House is seeking a part‑time Executive Director (ED) to work with key staff, volunteers, and the Board to advance its mission to provide a free social‑model hospice residence serving Santa Fe and northern NM. The ED oversees services, operations, and financial management, ensuring operational effectiveness and financial sustainability.
