Job summary

Philomena House in Roseville, Minnesota seeks a Director to be the public face and spiritual steward of our ministry. Reporting to the Board, you’ll translate our mission into daily action—leading staff and volunteers, overseeing programs and client care, and driving fundraising and community outreach.

You’ll keep the home safe, welcoming, well-run, and financially sound, while partnering with the Board on reporting and long‑term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the residential and St. Gianna Community programs, ensuring compassionate care and client onboarding (medical, mentoring, life-skills, housing, and more).
• Supervise, train, and mentor all staff and volunteers.
• Lead fundraising, development, and represent us with parishes, the Archdiocese, donors, and pro‑life partners.
• Manage the operating budget, records, and compliance (HIPAA, health, fire, and safety codes).
• Partner with the Board on reporting and long‑term strategy.
