Job summary

Lifespace Communities is seeking an Executive Director for the Friendship Village of South Hills in Upper St Clair, PA. This role oversees a premier senior living community, leading teams across resident services, healthcare operations, hospitality, dining, sales, and financial performance.

You will drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, culture, and engagement while building leadership capacity and partnering with senior leaders to execute strategic initiatives in a mission-driven, nonprofit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years Executive Director/Administrator experience within a CCRC/Life Plan Community

Responsibilities
