Job summary

Revel Communities is seeking an Executive Director to lead a luxury senior living community and drive exceptional resident experiences. You will oversee daily operations, supervise department leaders, staff, and vendor partnerships, while shaping strategies to boost occupancy and ensure financial performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership in senior living or related operations, strong financial acumen, and confident public speaking.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in senior living, hospitality, or related operations.
• Strong financial acumen, people leadership, and confident communication (including public speaking).
• Knowledge of senior living regulations (Fair Housing, ADA, OSHA) preferred; Yardi/Cubigo a plus.

Responsibilities
