Job summary

The PATH Children's Advocacy Center seeks an Executive Director to lead the organization, set strategic direction, and ensure trauma-informed, high-quality services for children and families in Western Oklahoma.

You will oversee daily operations, staff, programs, fundraising, and community partnerships, while guiding accreditation efforts with the National Children's Alliance and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Passion for the mission of The PATH CAC.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of child abuse services and multidisciplinary team collaboration preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with budget oversight and program management preferred.

Approximately 20-25 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Executive Director provides leadership and strategic direction for The PATH Children's Advocacy Center. This role oversees daily operations, staff, programs, fundraising, community partnerships, and compliance-ensuring the center continues to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed services to children and families in our community.

The Executive Director will lead the continued effort to achieve and maintain accreditation through the National Children's Alliance, strengthening our organization and ensuring the highest standards of service and accountability.
