Pasadena Villa Outpatient McLean is seeking an Executive Director to lead the outpatient practice providing Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). The role directs day-to-day operations, ensures clinical excellence, and maintains client-centered care across the treatment continuum.

  • Active license (LCSW, LMSW, or LMFT) to practice within Virginia is preferred.
  • Experience in treating mental health disorders is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a corporate managed healthcare environment strongly preferred.

  • Collaborates with network leadership in new business development, networking, and outreach strategies in support of the regional office.
  • Ensures achievement of business objectives through day-to-day operational, financial, clinical, and regulatory oversight of a treatment facility.
  • Ensures accessibility of services to potential clients.
  • Promotes systems of communication and collaboration between admissions, and clinical operations.
  • Oversees weekly group assignments and topics to ensure balanced therapist workloads and programming tailored to current cohort needs.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with physicians, referral sources, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensures compliance with all licensures, accreditations, contracts, state, and federal laws.
  • Leads and participates in performance improvement initiatives for patient care and staff performance.
  • Assesses patient needs through outcome surveys, suggestions, and meetings to assure consistent, quality care for the population we serve to include follow-up with adjustments of the development of the program.
  • Monitors and reports on key performance indicators; adjusting operations accordingly to meet organizational objectives.

Functions within the guidelines of the facility’s Code of Ethics and in accordance with corporate compliance.2. Maintains positive attitude and acts as a team player with others on the treatment team.4. Attends and completes all training within assigned time frames as required by the facility.5. Performs other duties as assigned.Education and ExperiencePosition requires a Master’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a behavioral healthcare setting. Leverage evidence-informed, clinically excellent treatment interventions.· Advocacy – advocates for the needs and interest of clients and families to promotes clinical excellence through improved outcomes, access to care, and service delivery.
