Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Executive Director/CEO to lead a licensed Assisted Living community in Virginia, overseeing all programs and policies, driving occupancy and ensuring high resident satisfaction. The role includes marketing, staff recruitment and training, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 per year. The Executive Director will manage operations, coordinate care services, and uphold the company’s core values while maintaining accurate regulatory

Qualifications

• Meets all current requirements of the State Department of Social Services Standards and Regulations for Licensed Assisted Living Facilities.
• Two years' post-secondary education required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory role in senior housing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Warm, outgoing, and compassionate personality.
• Demonstrated integrity, maturity and leadership skills.
• Understanding of State Department of Social Services Standards and Regulations.
• Acceptable driving record (required driver).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the general well-being and health of residents in the community.
• Coordinate the coordination of care and services to residents, including oversight of nursing and care staff.
• Ensure the community models the organization’s core values in all interactions.
• Ensure the community is appropriately staffed at all times.
• Actively seek out and reward top performers, while coaching others to improve.
• Ultimate responsibility for all paperwork required by the Department of Social Services, Health Department and corporate regulations.
• Participate in direct marketing in and around the community for residents, services, and staff recruitment.
• Act as the responsible party before, during, and after formal licensing inspections.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle (required driver).
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

Pay Range: $100,000-$125,000 per year.

The Executive Director is the CEO of the community. He or she oversees the planning, direction and implementation of all programs and policies of the community, and ensures the efficient and effective administration and execution of the company business plan. The Executive Director is responsible for marketing and public relations activities to maintain occupancy goals, including the evaluation and admission process. He or she also ensures resident satisfaction and achievement of realistic care plan goals, including the coordination of all resident service activities; also responsible for hiring, training and scheduling community staff. The Executive Director ensures the community operates in substantial compliance at all times.
