Qualifications

• Six years' experience in housing, community development, public administration, non-profit administration, or closely related field with strong management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least three years' supervisory experience with a staff of seven or more.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with officials, residents and funders.
• Creativity and innovation strongly desired.
