Job description

kpCompanies is leading the search for a seasoned and community-centric Executive Director for PRG. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic leader who is passionate about affordable housing, community empowerment, and racial equity. This pivotal role is ideal for individuals with a deep commitment to effective programming aimed at providing homebuyer education, foreclosure prevention, and community development. The Executive Director will have multiple direct reports.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to advance PRG's mission. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, managing daily operations, ensuring financial stability, and fostering strong relationships with community stakeholders. The Executive Director will also lead fundraising initiatives and advocate for PRG’s goals and values in public forums. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors and collaborates closely with them to set organizational goals and policies. They will work closely with and be supported by the Homeownership Services Program Manager and the Real Estate and Development Manager.
