Azura Living in Milwaukee, Wisconsin seeks an Executive Director to lead a memory care community with passion, purpose, and a people-first mindset.

You will drive operational excellence, oversee high-quality care and financial performance, mentor a dedicated team, and build strong relationships with residents' families and the local community.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic thinking, compassionate communication, and a proven track record in senior living operations.

Qualifications
