• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve quality of care, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and competent team
• Ensure financial sustainability by managing budgets, billing, and cost control measures
• Foster a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement among staff and residents
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community partners to coordinate comprehensive resident care
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Director or similar leadership role within a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing facilities
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Valid state licensure or certification as required by local regulations
