Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead our detox and residential facility. You will drive daily operations, profitability, staff engagement and compliance, while shaping admissions and care quality.

Lead staffing, training, licensure, payroll and scheduling; oversee admissions/discharge and cross-department coordination; maintain external partnerships and ensure all accreditation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration preferred.
• Experience in addiction treatment industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting etc.
• Address staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc.
• Drive admissions and retention through census management.
• Oversee admissions and discharge process.
• Conduct weekly reviews of all departments and ensure communication, efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments.
• Maintain professional relationships with external business contacts.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state accreditation requirements.

Now Hiring an Executive Director for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, located in Indianapolis, IN.

What You'll Do

• Provide complete executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting etc.
• Address all staffing needs - hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, payroll etc. - to maintain smooth HR function

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred
• Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
