Avenues Recovery Center seeks an experienced executive leader to oversee a network of facilities. You will manage daily operations, build a strong team, drive admissions, and ensure high standards of care and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring a business-focused degree and proven leadership, communication and problem-solving skills to guide organizational growth in addiction treatment services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership to the facility, overseeing daily operations, profitability, morale, and recruiting.
• Address staffing needs including hiring, training, retention, licensure, scheduling, and payroll to maintain HR function.
• Drive admissions and retention through census management and high-quality processes.
• Oversee admissions and discharge processes to ensure smooth care transitions.
• Conduct weekly reviews of departments to maximize communication, efficiency and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations of administrative, residential, clinical, and medical departments.
• Maintain professional relationships with external business contacts.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state accreditation requirements.

What You'll Do

• Provide complete executive leadership to facility - daily operations, profitability, morale, recruiting etc.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with focus on business administration preferred
• Minimum one-year experience in addiction treatment industry preferred
