Job summary

Edgewood Fremont, part of Edgewood Healthcare, seeks an Executive Director to lead operations for our memory care community. You’ll oversee daily activities, drive staff performance, recruitment, and census management while upholding HIPAA and Edgewood policies.

You’ll partner with residents, families, and staff to ensure exceptional care and compliant operations across our Fremont community, a 12-bed memory care site within Edgewood’s Midwest footprint.

Qualifications

• Assisted Living Administrator certification is required.
• Medication Aide certification is preferred.
• Associate’s degree in related field is required or preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and knowledge of business operations are essential.
• Geriatrics, dementia, and/or assisted living experience is highly valued.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and skill development.
