Job summary

INNOVATIVE THE POINTE is seeking a dedicated administrator to uphold the safety and dignity of residents while leading the facility toward its care and building goals.

The role requires coordinating with staff and external partners to ensure smooth operations, adherence to guidelines, and ongoing compliance with safety standards in a Florida facility.

SUMMARY:

Performs assigned duties that protect the safety and dignity of residents. Work together with all staff to ensure that the resident care goals are being met and that all building goals are being met. The director must be able to always ensure proper management of the facility, including staff, independent 3rdparties, deliveries, repairs, inspections and any other items which can affect the safety and wellbeing of the residents.
