Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in Mississippi is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the operations of our senior living community in McComb. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management to ensure residents thrive and team members grow.

You’ll oversee resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development, while maintaining regulatory compliance and upholding the culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience.
• Proven track record of operational and financial management success.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living.
• Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development.
• Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed census goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members.
• Foster a positive, empowering, and performance-driven workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the community and ownership.
