Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in McComb, Mississippi seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead our senior living community. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on operations to shape culture, drive performance, and create an environment where residents thrive and team members grow.

You will own results, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and revenue, and build strong relationships with residents, families, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience.
• Proven track record in operational and financial management.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge in senior living.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations including care, finances, sales, and team development.
• Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet census goals.
• Mentor department leaders and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to meet financial targets.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and partners.
• Serve as liaison between community and ownership.
