Claiborne Senior Living in McComb, Mississippi is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead and oversee our senior living community. This is more than an operations role—it is a leadership opportunity to shape culture, drive performance, and create an environment where residents thrive and team members grow.

You’ll oversee all aspects of operations, drive occupancy growth, mentor leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets to meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience.
• Proven track record of operational and financial management success.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living.
• Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development.
• Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed census goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members.
• Foster a positive, empowering, and performance-driven workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the community and ownership.
