Job summary

QSL Management is seeking a Director of Dining Services for The Barclay at Santa Rosa Beach to lead the dietary department, oversee daily operations, and implement menus that delight residents. This role requires two years leading culinary staff, ServSafe and Food Manager certifications, and a commitment to safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
Two years of related culinary experience in a lead cook or higher role; Associate/ bachelor's degree in culinary/hospitality.
Two years of managing staff in hospitality/restaurant or long-term care facility (preferred); ServSafe Certification; Food Manager Certification.
Self-motivation and creativity in culinary experience a plus.
Experience handling regulatory agencies and state requirements; knowledge of POS systems.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including holidays and weekends.

Provides organizational structure and ensures effective and efficient daily operations for the dietary department, including menu implementation, staff scheduling, and supply ordering for a world-class dining experience for residents.
Demonstrates commitment to excellence in food quality and service quality.

Maintains compliance with regulatory agencies and state requirements.
