Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Hospitality/Catering Manager to lead executive dining services at TD Bank in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will direct premium catering operations, manage staffing, and train staff to deliver white-glove hospitality with meticulous attention to detail.

You will work closely with the client, culinary team, and leadership to ensure flawless events, strong cost controls, and exemplary service standards while upholding company policies and safety

Qualifications

• Foodservice experience with at least two years in a supervisory or catering role.
• Experience in premium corporate dining, executive dining, or events preferred.
• Catering management and event-execution experience is required.
• Executive presence and professionalism when supporting VIP guests.
• Exceptional attention to detail and client-oriented service.
• Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and costs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise catering events from planning through completion.
• Oversee event logistics, service quality, sanitation, setup, and breakdown.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus and service flow.
• Train and coach staff to deliver elevated hospitality.
• Monitor labor and food costs; support cost-control measures.
• Maintain strong client relationships and professional communications.
• Assist with staffing, inventory management, and compliance.
