Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to lead clinical and operational direction for renal programs across the system. You will partner with Medical Directors to grow and optimize care delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient-centered outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, a nursing degree, and strong leadership with 3+ years in dialysis leadership. Relocation assistance is offered to support a move to San Antonio.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical services across multiple dialysis sites.
• Supervise and mentor staff; staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets; ensure efficient resource use.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Represent University Health in community and professional forums as a liaison for dialysis services.
