Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services to oversee the administration and clinical direction of all dialysis programs within the health system, including clinics, inpatient, and home dialysis modalities. You will work with Medical Directors to plan, organize, and lead growth and efficiency in dialysis services.

Requirements include a nursing degree (RN) with Texas licensure, 3+ years in dialysis leadership, and strong leadership and bilingual communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current Texas RN license and AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality patient care in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead staff recruitment and development.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to support organizational goals and efficient resource use.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Represent University Health and its dialysis services in community and professional forums.
