Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services in San Antonio to lead the clinical direction and administrative oversight of all dialysis programs within the health system. You will collaborate with Medical Directors to plan and grow services while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient-centered care.

The role involves overseeing patient care, HR, budgeting, policy development, and community relations across multiple dialysis sites, including inpatient and home

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced leadership.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; lead staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operational and capital budgets to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Represent University Health's dialysis services in community and professional forums.
