Job summary

University Health is seeking an Executive Director of Dialysis Services in San Antonio, TX. This role oversees the administrative and clinical direction of all dialysis programs within the health system, including clinics, inpatient services, home dialysis, and jail dialysis operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas and BLS certification are required.
• 3+ years leading dialysis services or clinical nursing supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical dialysis services across multiple sites to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff; drive staff development and recruitment.
• Manage operating and capital budgets to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Act as liaison with the community to represent dialysis services.
