Job Summary

Seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Specialist with experience supporting CXO-level users. You will play a crucial role in operations within our onsite work model. With 12 to 14 years of experience, you will coordinate remote support, resolve issues, and improve efficiency. Your contributions will impact our company's efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Technician Skillset Required

  • Experience supporting manufacturing/lab IT systems and devices.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, lab, and Data Center IT equipment such as scanners, printers, tablets, PCs, and test equipment.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills for AV devices (projectors, microphones, speakers, cameras, displays).
  • Ability to diagnose root causes of incidents reported by end users for IT devices and mobility support.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with multiple teams and OEMs on high-priority issues.
  • Experience managing Power Shut Down activities for network devices and servers in Data Centers.
  • Lead IT asset lifecycle management, including asset collection, storage, imaging, allocation, recovery, disposal, and system updates.
  • Basic troubleshooting for network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
  • Knowledge of GMP and GxP standards.
  • Experience working in Clean Room and manufacturing environments.
  • Attention to quality and detail.
  • Support for technology team on demand, including rack and stack support for infrastructure devices.
  • Provide physical access to vendors and support cable patching as needed.
  • Ensure basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, video, printer, and voice services are available.
  • Install and configure hardware/software for end-user usability.

  • CompTIA A+

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $63,500 to $74,500, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is eligible for an annual incentive based on performance. Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid holidays and time off, disability coverage, parental leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
