Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Design and Procurement in Merrillville, IN to lead design standards and purchasing strategy across 60+ premium hotels nationwide. The role reports directly to the EVP of Design and Construction.

You will manage Purchasing Managers and FF&E/OS&E procurement, oversee third-party designers, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure brand consistency and budget discipline. Travel ~30–40% with executive visibility and leadership impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in FF&E/OS&E purchasing.
• Experience with hospitality design, procurement, and multi-project ops.
• Ability to travel ~30–40% for site visits and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead design standards across all White Lodging brands.
• Oversee FF&E/OS&E procurement for new builds and renovations.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, manage budgets, and ensure brand alignment.
• Report project status and risks to senior leadership monthly.
