Thorough knowledge of methods and principles of social and case work supervision and training.
Thorough knowledge of social work principles, techniques, and practices and application to casework and community problems.
Considerable knowledge of social and economic factors in the community and local agencies and resources.
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies governing social services programs; budgeting and office management; personnel administration.

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision of the daily operations of the Economic Services Section.
Plan, develop, administer, and supervise a Section Chief who oversees four Program Managers.
Support decision making across child and adult protective services and related programs.
Represent the agency in meetings with government boards, legislators, and community partners; manage human resources and disaster readiness.
