Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Partner Coordinator Specialist to support stakeholder engagement and coordination within a DHS/CISA environment. You will facilitate relationships across government, SLTT entities, and industry partners, translating complex cybersecurity information into executive communications.

The role requires strong writing and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a track record of advising on program coordination and partnership development.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals from a technical or policy perspective.
• Experience engaging state, local, tribal, and territorial organizations and regional associations.
• Experience managing relationships with industry stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive audiences.
• Ability to develop executive-ready deliverables and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive relationships with government, SLTT, regional, and cybersecurity industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate engagement activities involving state and local governments and external partners.
• Support DHS/CISA engagement programs, processes, and priorities.
• Translate cybersecurity, policy, and program information into clear executive communications.
• Facilitate meetings, sessions, and follow-up activities with diverse stakeholders.
• Identify needs, risks, dependencies, and issues; provide recommendations to leadership.
