You will architect cloud-native services, model real-time risk analytics, and drive AI-assisted engineering improvements across teams. You will mentor engineers, uphold engineering standards, and collaborate with Risk, Architecture, and Operations to ensure scalable, compliant, and observable systems.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive software engineering, distributed systems, or applications architecture.
• Deep expertise in Java (17/21+), J2EE, Spring Boot, reactive programming, and memory optimization.
• Strong risk domain knowledge: credit risk, market risk concepts, VaR, stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build cloud-native services and microservices on modern cloud infra (containers, Kubernetes).
• Model, calculate, and stream real-time analytics for Credit and Market Risk.
• Champion AI engineering toolsets across the lifecycle to boost velocity and quality.
• Lead system resiliency, scalable data flows, and performance tuning of distributed systems.
• Define engineering standards: clean code, CI/CD, telemetry, observability.
• Provide mentorship, design reviews, and guidance to mid-level engineers and analysts.
