Job summary

Episcopal Community Services (ECS) seeks an Associate Director of CHEFS & Social Enterprise to lead three production kitchens, ensuring meals meet contract specs, nutritional standards, and financial targets. You will own HACCP/compliance, supplier relations, and develop a high-performing kitchen team, including student training integration into daily meal production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in high-volume or production kitchens.
• ServSafe certification required.
• HACCP certification required.
• Strong financial acumen including food cost, inventory, purchasing, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee government meal contracts compliance and product quality.
• Lead financial oversight and cost control across production operations.
• Direct supervision of Sous Chef and Catering Manager and staff.
• Develop student-training integration within daily meal production.
