Job summary

The Wellington at Arapaho, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking an experienced Culinary Director to lead the culinary services team and manage dining operations for residents in a high-quality, person-centered environment.

You will oversee food service standards, collaborate with nursing staff, and ensure budget adherence while maintaining the highest quality of meals and service for residents.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years as Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in restaurants, hotels, SNF, or senior living.
• Associate degree or better in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or Hospitality Management or CEC.
• Serve Safe Certification or CDM.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the culinary service department and dining staff.
• Ensure food service standards, policies, procedures, equipment and compliance with city/state regulations.
• Coordinate with nursing staff to meet residents' needs.
• Order supplies and manage inventory and budgets.
