Job summary

Unboxed Group is seeking a senior Creative Leader to own the creative team, workflows and capacity across multiple engagements. This leadership role combines hands-on design influence with people management, hiring oversight, and cross-functional partnership with production, operations and client services.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in experiential design, a proven track record of building strong teams, and a relentless commitment to craft and client value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in experiential design, including senior leadership.
• Experience leading a creative team and managing staffing, capacity and scheduling.
• Proven ability to present and defend creative work to senior clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative team, set priorities, and own performance with HR support.
• Maintain live view of capacity and forecast pipeline to inform hiring and workload.
• Lead project-level client presentations, reviews and workshops; ensure craft and delivery standards.
