Job summary

The Pilot, Corporate Aviation at KeyBank NA supports safe, efficient operation of company aircraft. In partnership with the Captain, you assist with flight planning, operations, regulatory compliance, and passenger service while upholding the highest safety and service standards.

Required are 3+ years of piloting experience, turbine aircraft operation, FAA knowledge, and multi‑engine expertise. International travel, aviation safety, and customer service are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Science, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of professional piloting experience required.
• Experience operating turbine-powered aircraft.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, flight operations, and aviation safety standards.
• Experience with multi‑engine aircraft operations; corporate aviation or charter ops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Second-in-Command (SIC) for company aircraft and assist the Captain in flight operations.
• Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight planning, weather analysis, and performance calculations.
• Operate aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate flight records and support passenger travel with professional service.
