Axon Development LLP in Gurugram, Haryana, is seeking a responsible Driver to provide safe transportation for management, employees, clients, and official business needs. The role requires familiarity with local routes, vehicle upkeep, and professional conduct at all times.

The driver will ferry senior management and visitors, maintain punctuality, and coordinate with Admin/HR for vehicle servicing. A valid LMV licence, 3–5 years of experience, and a clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid LMV Driving Licence.
• 3-5 years of professional driving experience.
• Good knowledge of Gurugram, Delhi NCR, and nearby routes.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
• Ability to handle senior management and clients professionally.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as per business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive company/management vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Provide transportation to senior management, employees, clients, and visitors as required.
• Pick up and drop employees/management as per scheduled requirements.
• Drive to project sites, offices, meetings, airports, hotels, and other business locations.
• Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
• Follow all traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
• Conduct regular checks of fuel, tyres, oil, brakes, and other basic vehicle requirements.
• Coordinate with the Admin/HR team regarding vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
• Maintain records of fuel, mileage, servicing, and other vehicle-related expenses.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding management, employees, clients, and company-related information.
• Assist with basic office/administrative errands when required.
• Report any accident, vehicle damage, traffic violation, or maintenance issue immediately.
