New York City Economic Development Corporation seeks an Executive Driver to provide safe and discreet transportation for NYCEDC executives to residences, offices, public events, and official engagements.

Responsibilities include coordinating routes, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting security operations as needed. The role requires professional presentation and reliable vehicle maintenance in a fast-paced NYC environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NYS Driver’s License is required.
• Extensive experience driving corporate executives or in security/related fields.
• Knowledge of emergency response, incident reporting, access control, and CCTV monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, secure and timely transportation for NYCEDC executives and guests to/from official engagements.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding schedules, movements, sensitive information, and organizational matters.
• Coordinate routes, schedules, and logistics with executive assistants to support timely movement.
• Operate vehicle safely in NYC traffic and monitor route conditions.
• Maintain the vehicle clean, secure, and fuel-ready; monitor maintenance needs.
