Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, human services, business, accounting, or management.
• Five years of professional administrative experience with two years in a supervisory role.
• Master's degree can substitute for one year of general experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MDH Potomac Center and SETT operations and grounds.
• Direct business and 24/7 facility operations across departments.
• Develop and manage program budgets with the CFO for Potomac Center and SETT.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Licensing requirements and support strategic planning.
