This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated executive compensation and employee benefits matters alongside an established team advising a broad range of corporate clients.

The Role:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of complex matters, including:

• Executive compensation arrangements and incentive plans
• Equity compensation and other employee benefit plans
• Executive employment, retention and separation arrangements
• Compensation-related aspects of corporate transactions and M&A
• ERISA and related regulatory matters
• Advising public and private companies, executives and other stakeholders
• Drafting and negotiating sophisticated compensation and benefits documentation
• Working closely with corporate, tax and other specialist teams on complex transactions
