Job summary

You will draft equity and cash incentive plans, advise on executive employment agreements, and prepare SEC disclosures. Oregon Bar admission is required; growth-stage tech and life sciences clients are involved.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits at a peer law firm.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while managing individual responsibilities.
• Admission to the State Bar of the office location is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve executive pay and benefits issues during mergers and acquisitions and other corporate deals.
• Draft and advise on equity and cash incentive plans and executive employment agreements.
• Prepare SEC-required compensation and benefits disclosures for securities filings.
