Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking an Executive Communications Writer who can translate complex business activity into clear, concise narratives for company leadership. You will gain exposure across the organization and help craft the story told by our executives.

You will write executive summaries, summarize customer feedback, publish reports for the President, and coordinate with fellow writers to ensure top quality content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish executive summaries for company leadership.
• Work alongside business leaders to summarize activity within their teams and help tell their story.
• Review and summarize customer feedback on operations, products and topics they communicate.
• Maintain and publish reports for Uline’s President.
• Coordinate work with fellow writers to ensure high-quality content.
