Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking an Executive Communications Writer at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will craft executive summaries and help tell the company story to leaders across the business.

Work with business leaders to summarize activity, publish reports for Uline’s President, and ensure content quality through collaboration with fellow writers. Strong written skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish executive summaries for company leadership.
• Work alongside business leaders throughout the organization to summarize and communicate the activity within their teams.
• Review and summarize customer feedback on operations and products.
• Maintain and publish reports for Uline’s President.
• Coordinate work with fellow writers to ensure content quality.
