Job summary

Uline, a family‑owned North American leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking an Executive Communications Writer for its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. You will write, edit and publish executive summaries for company leadership and help tell the leadership story across the organization.

You’ll work with business leaders to summarize activity, review customer feedback, and publish reports for Uline’s President, while coordinating with fellow writers to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish executive summaries for company leadership.
• Work alongside business leaders throughout the organization to summarize and communicate the activity within their teams.
• Review and summarize customer feedback on our operations, products and any other topic they communicate.
• Maintain and publish reports for Uline’s President.
• Coordinate work with fellow writers to ensure content is of the highest quality.
