Guidehouse is seeking a Communications and Executive Support Specialist to partner with government clients’ executive teams, coordinating between internal partners and external stakeholders across the Intelligence Community and broader federal government. This role supports the delivery of financial management and tradecraft solutions to IC leadership.

Qualifications

• ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.
• TEN (10) or more years' experience providing executive-level communications, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support within the federal government and/or Intelligence Community (IC).

Responsibilities

• Support high-visibility events (e.g., All Hands, senior leader engagements, or executive forums).
• Coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders across the IC and federal government.
• Assist executive Government leaders with talking points, briefings, and communication tools.
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed strategic communication plans.
• Review, maintain, and update professional correspondence, activity reports and taskings.
• Support special projects directed by senior government leaders.
