Job summary

E Tech Group, a leading engineering and systems integration firm, seeks a Communications & Executive Programs Specialist to partner with leaders, drive internal communications, and support executive initiatives from its West Chester, OH location.

You will craft executive materials, manage intranet content, and help lead employee engagement programs to align teams and improve outcomes across corporate departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in communications, internal comms, marketing, research, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, research, and presentation skills.
• Ability to synthesize information into executive-ready insights.
• Highly organized with strong project management abilities.
• Comfort working with senior leaders.
• Collaborative and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging executive presentations, reports, and materials for internal teams.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, executive-ready narratives.
• Support leadership initiatives with structure, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Assist market and competitive research informing executive decisions.
• Summarize research into executive-ready insights.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and internal communications campaigns.
• Draft internal communications for leadership announcements and updates.
• Manage and enhance the intranet content and usability.
• Support change management and rollout of new initiatives.
