Qualifications

• 2–4 years in strategic communications or related fields with end-to-end project ownership.
• Strong writing, editing, and ability to translate technical concepts for broad audiences.
• Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple initiatives with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive and professional communications (correspondence, briefs, speeches) aligned with priorities.
• Execute thought leadership initiatives: articles, interviews, webinars, and speaking opportunities.
• Own projects end-to-end: identify resources, milestones, and dependencies; coordinate contributors.
• Research industry developments and opportunities; present actionable recommendations.
• Support business development and relationship engagement through targeted outreach.
• Translate complex technical subjects into clear client-facing messaging.
• Coordinate communications initiatives (newsletters, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars).
• Manage conferences and speaking engagements: submissions, materials, and follow-ups.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and proactive leadership updates.
• Anticipate challenges and drive issues to timely completion.
