Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and message development skills.
• Ability to capture leadership voice and tone.
• Executive judgment and discretion in handling sensitive content.
• Experience in communications or related field; exec communications helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own executive communications calendar and leadership moments.
• Draft, shape, and manage revision of speeches, posts, talking points.
• Edit materials for chief’s approval and message clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to move from reactive to planned communications.
