VEG is seeking a Senior Manager, Executive Communications to ensure the Chief's voice is clear, energized, and purpose-driven across VEG. You will shape high-impact internal communications and translate ideas, priorities, and feedback into concise messages that keep VEGgies aligned with our direction.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and message development skills.
• Strong voice-capture ability to learn a leader's tone and revision patterns.
• Executive judgment and discretion for sensitive leadership content.
• Ability to create calendars, intake flows, and planning habits in ambiguity.
• Open to feedback and able to iterate without defensiveness.
• Experience in communications, content strategy, internal communications, editorial, or speechwriting.

Responsibilities

• Own executive communications calendar, creating a proactive rhythm across priority leadership moments.
• Draft and revise speeches, presentations, posts, podcasts, talking points, and other executive content.
• Edit materials from other teams for chief's approval and clarity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather input and manage timelines.
