Versigent is seeking an Executive Communications Design Specialist to craft polished, high-stakes visual materials for use by the CEO, executive leadership, board and investor community, transforming narrative content into clear, compelling presentations under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has strong design eye, advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn dense business concepts into clean visuals while maintaining confidentiality and brand standards. Onsite in Troy, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design or a related creative role, with investor relations or public company experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite capabilities.
• Strong data visualization skills - proven ability to turn business data into clear charts and infographics.
• Ability to work with confidential and time-sensitive material with utmost discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects.
• Local residents only, with the ability to work onsite in Troy, MI.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States without requirement of visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Presentation Design & Production: Design and build Executive-level presentations, including quarterly board materials, investor presentations, C-Suite townhalls and events.
• Translate raw content and direction from stakeholders into polished, executive-ready slides.
• Build custom graphics, icons and layouts to elevate content beyond templates.
• Data Visualization: Convert financial results, KPIs and enterprise data into charts and infographics.
• Maintain content consistency while creating distinction between presentations.
• Brand & Template Management: Maintain templates, style guides and brand standards for executive and investor materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on revisions, feedback cycles and final quality checks.
• Prepare final files for distribution/printing and provide on-site or remote support for high-stakes presentations.
• Confidentiality & Accuracy: Handle sensitive and MNPI content with discretion; proofread against source materials.

YOUR ROLE

The Executive Communications Design Specialist will design and build polished, high-stakes visual materials for use by Versigent CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors and Investor community. This role takes narrative content and direction from senior leaders and transforms it into clear, compelling and impactful presentations and graphics. The ideal candidate has a strong design eye, advanced PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn dense business concepts into clean, accurate visuals under tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Presentation Design & Production
  • Design and build Executive-level presentations, including quarterly board materials, Investor presentations, C‑Suite Townhalls and events
  • Translate raw content, talking points and narrative direction from stakeholders into polished, executive‑ready slides
  • Build custom graphics, icons and layouts designed to elevate standard content beyond template defaults
• Data Visualization
  • Convert financial results, KPIs and enterprise data into clean, accurate charts, one‑pagers and infographics
  • Ensure all data visualizations are error‑checked and consistent with source materials
  • Maintain content consistency (visuals and verbiage), while creating distinction between presentations
• Brand & Template Management
  • Maintain and evolve presentation templates, style guides and brand standards for executive and investor materials
  • Ensure all materials adhere to corporate brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Build reusable slide libraries and asset banks to increase production speed across stakeholder groups
• Production & Deadline Management
  • Manage multiple presentation projects against board meeting, earnings and investor event deadlines
  • Coordinate directly with key stakeholders on revisions, feedback cycles and final quality checks
  • Prepare final files for distribution/printing and provide on‑site or remote support for high‑stakes presentations as needed
• Confidentiality & Accuracy
  • Handle sensitive, confidential and market‑moving information (including Material Non‑Public Information) with discretion
  • Proofread and fact‑check slide content against source materials before finalizing

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design or a related creative role, with a strong preference for candidates with investor relations, executive communications or public company experience
• Advanced visual storytelling, presentation architecture, template development and executive communications design via expert‑level PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) capabilities
• Strong data visualization skills - proven ability to turn business data into clear charts and infographics
• Ability to work with confidential and time‑sensitive material with utmost discretion
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadline‑driven projects
• Local residents only, with the ability to work onsite in Troy, MI
• Must be legally able to work in the United States without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer now, or at any time in the future

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong writing proficiency and/or editorial capabilities, including familiarity with AP Style Guidelines
• Experience designing for executive, corporate or financial audiences
• Familiarity with financial, earnings reporting cycles
• Experience building and maintaining corporate template systems
