Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, English, or related field.
• Three years of full-time, professional experience in the communications profession or related field.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and distribute high‑level executive communications for faculty, staff, and students; coordinate with HR on salary/benefits communications.
• Research and implement best practices for distribution platforms and digital accessibility (ADA).
• Analyze engagement metrics and provide reports on communication effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership staff to develop topics for town halls and support post‑event workflows.
